Within the Cherwell Innovation Centre all meeting rooms and conference facilliites are available to companies and external companies within or outside the Bicester area. The meeting rooms can accommodate between 2 and 20 people so are ideal for client meetings, training sessions or internal staff meetings.

"We used to be tenants at the Centre, but our Company has expanded to the point we had to move into our own office space. We continue to use the Centre however for our quarterly sales meetings. The staff at the Centre are always eager to please and assist wherever possible to ensure our meetings are a success. I would recommend the centre to anyone as either their business address and office or just to use their meeting room facilities. The are a very friendly team always on hand to assist wherever needed to ensure you are able to get on with the business side of things."
"We are tenants at the centre but regularly use the meeting room facilities for our training days. The staff are always on hand to ensure everything is there for us. They organise and refresh the drinks when required during the day, and arrange our lunches. The facilities here at the centre are just what we need for our training sessions, and with the centre just being 5 minutes from the motorway it is easy for our members to get to us from all corners of the country. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending people use the facilities here."
